prawns, squid, barramundi and kamaboko with red onions stir fried in a thickened oyster ginger and wine sauce served with udon noodles. pepper seasoned and garnished with fresh coriander
wasabi and sesame salmon salad
poached salmon strips tossed in a salad of asian leaves mixed with asparagus, carrots, coriander, snowpeas, caramelised red onions, spring onions and cucumber. finished with a wasabi dressing and garnished with mixed sesame seeds
